Which size should I choose?Seafolly swimwear does run slightly smaller, and we do recommend checking our size guide. To find your perfect fit, click on the size guide at the bottom of each product page; the measurements will help you determine your correct size.

How do I know if an item is in stock?All items displayed are in stock, check the colour and size from the drop down boxes on the product page to find out which colour and sizes are available. Colours and sizes not available will not appear.

Which countries do you ship to?Australia, Singapore and United States (no shipping to Guam or Puerto Rico).

Can I redeem my gift card online?Yes, you can redeem your gift card online. To redeem your gift card, select the gift card option under the payment method at the checkout. If you have any troubles, please contact our online customer service team at usaonline@seafolly.com.au
Unfortunately credit notes issued in store cannot be redeemed online. -
Can I buy a bikini top and bottom separately, even though they are pictured together?Absolutely, all bikini tops and bottoms are shot and displayed together on the body; however all are sold as individual pieces so you can mix and match styles and sizes until you find the perfect swimsuit. Please note all prices for each bikini piece are as marked on the individual items.

I have seen an item on the website and now it no longer appears. Do items come back in stock?Yes, some products will come back in stock. Please check back on the site or contact customer service at usaonline@seafolly.com.au or 855-732-3655 to find out about product availability.

How do I sign up?You can sign up to The Beach Club online, or head into any Seafolly or Sunburn stores, including Outlets (excluding Seafolly Melbourne Central, Seafolly Charlestown Square and Seafolly Cannes).

I have signed up in store, how do I access and redeem my Rewards online?If you do not yet have an existing online Beach Club account, please create one online using the same email address you used when you signed up in store.

How can I add my in store purchases to my Beach Club account?Please email thebeachclub@seafolly.com.au with an image or copy of your receipt and our customer care team will add this to your account.

Does it cost me anything to join?No, The Beach Club is a free program designed to allow us to thank you for your loyalty and reward you across Seafolly and Sunburn.

What details do I need to provide to sign up?You will need to provide your full name, a personal email address, your date of birth, and postcode and agree to our terms and conditions. We ask for your date of birth so we can send you a birthday reward.

Can I sign up without giving you my email address?Your account is linked to your email address, so you cannot be a Beach Club member without one. This is how we'll get in touch with any exclusive offers and how you'll receive your Rewards. We recommend signing up with a personal email address that's not likely to change.

I am already a Seafolly customer or a member of Sunburn's "Beach Club" loyalty program, do I need to join? Is my previous spend included?As an existing customer there is no need to join - you are already entitled to enjoy and experience The Beach Club. Any purchases you made for the 12 months prior to the date of launch (15 November 2018) have contributed to your Beach Club status. Simply visit your nearest store or to see what Beach Club benefits you can now enjoy.

Can I opt out or cancel?If you opt out of The Beach Club emails, we won’t be able to keep you up to date on your exclusive offers, events and most importantly, your rewards! We'd love to keep you with us, but if you do not want to hear from us, you can follow the unsubscribe link at the bottom of your emails. Please note, if you unsubscribe, you won’t receive notifications about your loyalty rewards and benefits. I have two accounts. Can I transfer my rewards from one to the other?It is not possible to transfer rewards between accounts. Ideally, you'd earn all your rewards on one account so you can reach your rewards faster. Our customer service helpdesk can check which account has the most rewards on it for you. You can contact Customer Service by sending an email to thebeachclub@seafolly.com.au . Please note, in line with our terms and conditions, customers are restricted to one Beach Club membership per person.

How often is my spend reviewed?Spend is reviewed on a daily basis, looking back at your previous 12 months spend. You can move up to a higher tier at any time, but your spend will only be reviewed once a year (at anniversary date) to determine whether you maintain your current status or move down a tier.

How do I maintain my Beach Club status?Once you reach a Beach Club tier status, you will be able to enjoy the full benefits for 12 months unless your spend increases and you move up a level and enjoy even more rewards and benefits.

What is my spend balance?Your spend balance is the total of your purchases made at Seafolly or Sunburn, online or in store, (including Outlets, but excluding Seafolly Melbourne Central and Seafolly Charlestown Square) over a 12 month period.

What is my anniversary date?Your Anniversary Date is 12 months from the date your Beach Club status was obtained. It's important to keep track of this date so you can maintain your Beach Club status in the future.

How do I view and update my contact details?You can change your personal details by logging in to your online account, by visiting your nearest Seafolly or Sunburn store, or alternatively by contacting our Customer Care team on thebeachclub@seafolly.com.au.

How do I earn rewards?You will be issued a $20 Reward for every $150 you spend in at any Seafolly or Sunburn stores (including Outlet) in Australia, Singapore, United States or online at Seafolly.com/au, Seafolly.com/us, Seafolly.com/sg or sunburn.com.au. You cannot earn rewards in Seafolly Melbourne Central and Seafolly Charlestown Square.

How do I apply rewards to my order online?If you have previously signed up in store, you will need to create an account online to integrate your in store account details. Once logged in, select your items and proceed to the checkout page. Enter the reward amount you'd like to redeem in the 'My Rewards' field and click 'Apply'. The reward value will be deducted from the order total and you can proceed with payment.

How do I find out how many rewards I've earned?You can ask a member of staff in any Seafolly or Sunburn concept stores. Our Customer Service team can check your current balance for you, simply send a request through to: thebeachclub@seafolly.com.au. Unfortunately rewards balance cannot be viewed through your online account just yet.

Can I earn rewards when purchasing sale items?Yes. You can both earn and redeem rewards on these items.

Can I earn rewards when purchasing a Gift Card?No, you cannot earn rewards when purchasing a gift card.

Can my friend or family member use my Beach Club account?No, sorry. The gifts and rewards are our reward for you, so they cannot be transferred. Your friend can sign up and start earning rewards themselves.

When will my rewards appear on my membership?All purchases made in-store are calculated at the end of each day, so any rewards you are eligible for are available the next day. For online purchases, the rewards are allocated to your member account once your order has been dispatched from the warehouse.

Does my rewards balance go down if I return my purchase?Yes. If you return an item, the value of the item (s) is taken off the balance. If a reward has been issued before the return was made, your spend balance will go into negative. For more information on returns, please view our Terms and Conditions.

The Beach Club - Rewards

What rewards will I receive?Everyone who joins The Beach Club will receive a $20 Sign Up Reward, just for joining. The $20 Sign Up Reward will be available on your account the day after you sign up. For every $150 you spend across Seafolly and Sunburn, online or in store, you will receive a $20 Reward. You will also receive a Birthday Reward for your birthday if you have specified your date of birth.

When when will I receive my rewards?
$20 Sign Up Reward
Your $20 Sign Up Reward will be available to use 24 hours after registration and will be visible online in your shopping bag or at checkout page for redemption.
$20 Reward for Every $150 Spent
The $20 Reward is available for use the day after you reach your spend and expires 3 months after the date of issue.
Birthday Reward
The Birthday Reward will be available for you to use throughout the month of your birthday. You will be emailed your Birthday Reward at the start of each month. -
It has been over 24 hours since I registered to the Beach Club. Where do I find my Sign Up Reward?To locate your reward, please log out of your account and log back in. Proceed to the checkout page once you have selected your product and your reward will be available under 'Rewards Remaining'

Is there a minimum spend on rewards?No, there is no minimum spend on Rewards.

Can I use more than one reward in the same purchase?Yes, you can use more than one reward in one transaction both online and in-store, just remember to use them before they expire.

Do I have to use my reward in one transaction?No, you do not need to use your Reward in one transaction. You can choose the amount from your Reward that you would like to redeem. The remainder of the Reward will be available to use until the Reward’s original expiry date.

Can I redeem my rewards in outlets?Your $20 Sign Up Reward is redeemable in any Seafolly or Sunburn Outlet on the day you sign up in that outlet store. All other rewards, including Birthday and Transaction Rewards cannot be redeemed in outlets. All your purchases in outlets will however contribute towards your spend balance and towards earning more rewards.

My reward has expired. Can I still use it?You cannot redeem your reward once it's expired. We make an effort to send email reminders along the way. Please note our in store teams are unable to amend the expiry dates on rewards or redeem already expired rewards.

Can I use my reward with other promotions?Yes you can, unless otherwise specified in the Terms and Conditions of the promotion.

How can I use my rewards online?To use your rewards online, make sure you are logged in to your account and hit ‘Apply Rewards’ when prompted at the shopping basket or checkout.

Can I return an order I purchased with rewards?Yes, you can return an order purchased with rewards, however rewards are non-refundable and will be forfeited.

Can I exchange an order purchased with rewards?You cannot return an item for exchange online. However, you can return the items in any store to swap for an alternate size and your rewards from your original purchase will be carried over to your exchanged item.
