Seafolly is proud to be a member of the Ethical Trading Initiative (ETI), a leading alliance of companies, trade unions and NGOs that promotes respect for workers’ rights around the globe.

Seafolly is aligned to the ETI vision which aspires to create “a world where all workers are free from exploitation and discrimination, and enjoy conditions of freedom, security and equity." Since becoming a Foundation Stage Member in 2015, Seafolly has adopted the ETI base code as an integral part of Seafolly’s supply chain operations and Code of Conduct. Seafolly extends this commitment to its suppliers and is committed to social and ethical sourcing initiatives founded on mutual respect and beneficial to the development of the communities and the people we work with. The ETI base code fundamentals are:

 1. Employment is freely chosen
 2. Forced, bonded or involuntary labour is prohibited
 3. Freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining are respected
 4. Working conditions are safe and hygienic
 5. Child labour must not be used
 6. Living wages are paid
 7. Working hours are not excessive
 8. No discrimination is practiced
 9. Regular employment is provided
 10. No harsh or inhumane treatment is allowed
