Delivery & Returns

This document sets out the Terms & Conditions of purchasing on and is applicable to customers in the United States only.  For Terms & Conditions relevant to your delivery location, please change your store view.
Seafolly reserves the right to reject the returns of goods which are not returned in accordance with our Delivery & Returns Policy.
This policy is applicable only to online customers and does not extend to customers who have purchased from a Seafolly Concept Retail Store or a Seafolly Stockist. Items purchased from a Seafolly Stockist are bound under that retailer's Returns and Exchanges Policy. Seafolly cannot be held accountable, or provide refunds or exchanges, for purchases made outside of a Seafolly Concept Store or For further information on these specific returns policies contact

Postage Charges
Free shipping for Blue Sea and Gold Sun Beach Club members in the United States. For White Sand and non Beach Club members, shipping to the United States is free for orders over $50 and a flat rate of $15 for orders under $50. Shipping charges are non-refundable.


Delivery Locations delivers to the United States only, except Guam and Puerto Rico. Please change store view to your local site for additional delivery locations.


PLEASE NOTE: Seafolly does not deliver to PO Boxes as our shipping provider DHL requires a signature upon delivery.


Delivery Timeframes
Seafolly US orders are shipped with DHL Express couriers. Order before 8pm (PDT) to receive your order within 3-5 working days. Non-metro areas may add an additional day to delivery timeframe. Track your order here.

SALE - BUSY PERIODS WARNING: Please be aware extended delivery time frames may apply during the busy periods, such as Sale. Delivery may be within an extra 1 to 3 business days than originally recommended.

PLEASE NOTE: Order delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by the freight company, payment authorisation, or public holidays. We cannot be held liable for any delay in delivery and the above time is as provided to us by the freight company.


Delivery Address
Please provide an address where you will be located during office hours as DHL requires a signature upon delivery. If a business address is provided, DHL also requires the business' name. Should no one be present to sign when delivery is attempted, DHL will continue to attempt delivery during weekday business hours.
Once an order has been dispatched, Seafolly is unable to amend delivery location or redirect parcel.


Online Returns and Exchanges Policy
Our Returns Policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Return or Exchange Requirements
Seafolly is passionate about ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind about an item purchased on, you are entitled to a refund within 30 days of receipt should it meet the below requirements:
  • Your order confirmation number is provided as proof of purchase
  • Tags attached to all items
  • Garment in original condition, including unworn and unwashed. (Please make sure that swimwear is tried on over your own underwear. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns of items where it's obvious that this hasn't been done.)
  • Print a Returns Form here, and complete and enclose in your returns package.
  • Create a UPS label for free returns here and organise pick-up of your return parcel.
Returning Your Online Purchase
  • Seafolly offers FREE returns using a UPS Label. This can be found via the Parcel Returns Portal here . 
    You must log in to the portal using the User ID and Password: ‘seafolly-us’. 
  • Create a shipment by entering your pick-up details and select the Ship-To address ‘Seafolly US’. Select ‘Express Saver’ Service Level and provide your order number and return reason.
  • Once all fields are populated correctly, click continue and a label will be generated. Print out this consignment and attach it to your parcel

Refund Payments
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days of Seafolly receiving the returned item/s. During sale periods please allow up to 15 days for refund to be processed. Notification will be sent to nominated email address at the time of this transaction.


PLEASE NOTE: Seafolly cannot be held accountable for banking institution processing timeframes.


Exchanges or Replacements
Seafolly offers exchanges and/or replacements that meet the required criteria for another size, or colour of the same style; subject to product availability. These will be processed within 5 business days of receipt and notification of this transaction will be provided to the nominated email address.


A limit of 1 exchange per order applies, unless product deemed faulty by a Seafolly Representative. Should a refund be requested for the exchanged item, Seafolly is happy to process a refund, should it meet the Returns Policy requirements.


Should a faster exchange be required, Seafolly recommends visiting a Seafolly Concept Store, or alternatively sending the item back for a refund and placing a separate order online for the new item. Seafolly will not accept out of pocket expenses should a customer choose this option.


Same Value Exchange
Seafolly only offers same value exchanges (same style, different colour or size). Should the item requested for exchange be the same value as that of the product being returned, no additional payment will be required and the exchange item will be dispatched free of charge.


Returning Your Online Purchase In Store
Seafolly Concept Newport Beach will accept the return of online purchases in store.


If you wish to exchange your item(s), your new item will be dispatched from Seafolly Head Office Australia within 5 days of returning your original purchase to Seafolly Concept Newport Beach. Should you require your exchange sooner we recommend for you to return your original order for a full refund and place a new order online.


If you wish to return your item(s) for refund, a refund request will be sent to Seafolly Head Office Australia. This will be processed within 5 business days to the original payment method. During sale periods please allow up to 15 days for refund to be processed. Notification will be sent to nominated email address at the time of this transaction.

Instore Returns Policy

We will gladly offer you an exchange, refund or credit within 30 days for your instore purchase, provided you present your receipt as a proof of purchase and garments are in their original condition with tags and hygiene stickers still attached. All instore purchases must be returned to a Seafolly Concept store or Seafolly Outlet. Unfortunately we cannot acept instore returns at our Online warehouse.
